Your channel will be named

#dealer-yourshop — with your shop's slug. This is your private room. Only you, your team, and the Gray Reserve ops team can see it. We never share lead data across dealers.

How to request changes

Need to update your hours? Change your pricing? Add a new testimonial? Post in your Slack channel — just type what you need. A human from Gray Reserve confirms within one business hour, most changes ship same day.

Dashboard access

Your private dealer dashboard is at dashboard.grayreserve.com. Log in with the email you signed up with. From there you can:

  • View every lead, chat, and phone call with full attribution
  • Export leads to CSV or push into your CRM
  • Update your site content (hours, pricing, gallery) without needing us
  • Invite team members with per-seat permissions
  • Upgrade / downgrade your tier, cancel, or manage billing
  • See your site analytics, SEO rankings, and weekly reports

Updating pricing + tiers

Two ways to update your coverage pricing on your site:

  1. Self-serve (fastest): Dashboard → Site Content → Coverage Tiers. Change, save, done. Changes go live in under 2 minutes.
  2. Through Slack: Post the new prices in your channel, we'll update and confirm back.

Note: Subscription tier changes (Starter ↔ Growth ↔ Accelerator) happen in Dashboard → Billing. Takes effect at next billing cycle, pro-rated automatically.

When things break (they rarely do)

Gray Reserve targets 99.9% uptime. If your site ever has an outage, the entire engineering team sees it before you do and starts responding. For everything else:

  • Urgent: Post 🚨 URGENT in your Slack channel
  • Standard: Regular message in your channel
  • Billing: Dashboard → Billing or email billing@grayreserve.com
  • After hours emergencies: Call (555) 555-0100 (goes to on-call engineer)

  1. Accept the Slack invite. Install the mobile app.

  3. Review the preview link in your launch email. Reply with any copy tweaks.
  4. Tell Google, Yelp, and your existing customers about your new site.
