Terms of Service
These terms govern services provided by Miami Detail Co. LLC ("we", "us", "our") — an independent, PeelClear-Certified installer located in Doral, FL. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
Services
We install PeelClear peelable paint protection coatings on customer vehicles. Installation scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Quoted prices assume the vehicle arrives clean and in the condition described at quote time.
Appointments & Deposits
- A 20% deposit secures your appointment slot.
- Reschedule with 48-hour notice — deposit transfers to the new date.
- No-shows or cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Final balance is due at vehicle pickup.
Warranty
PeelClear coating carries a 20-year Lifetime Limited Peelable Paint Performance warranty administered by PeelClear LLC, covering failure to protect the substrate from a wide range of impacts and scratches, UV/oxidation damage, peeling or delamination, yellowing faster than specified limits, cracking/chalking/checking, and loss of gloss caused by those conditions. Coverage lasts for the duration of the original consumer's ownership of the vehicle, provided care instructions are followed.
We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty against edge lift, bubbles, and installation defects on work we perform. Workmanship warranty is non-transferable and is a commitment of Miami Detail Co., not of PeelClear LLC.
Results depend on surface preparation, environment, application method, film build, and installer skill. PeelClear products are sold "as is" and PeelClear does not guarantee specific visual, durability, or performance outcomes. Warranty does not cover: rock impacts that penetrate the coating, chemical damage from improper cleaning products, accidents, vandalism, or aftermarket modifications installed over the coating.
Vehicle Condition
Customer is responsible for disclosing prior bodywork, repaints, or aftermarket coatings. PeelClear may not adhere correctly to aftermarket paint or poorly-cured clear coat, which can void warranty coverage for those panels. We will inspect and flag concerns before proceeding.
Independent Installer Disclosure
PeelClear does not control or supervise third-party installers. Any installer listed, referenced, or certified is an independent business — not an employee, agent, or representative of PeelClear LLC. PeelClear is not responsible for installer workmanship, labor disputes, vehicle damage, pricing set by installers, or installer warranties or promises. All installation services are contracts solely between the customer and the installer.
Miami Detail Co. is an independent, PeelClear-Certified business. PeelClear's role is limited to supplying coating material and administering the product warranty described above.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including loss of vehicle use during repairs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
